About LucidaClub

Is LucidaClub a subscription box service?

No, we are so much bet­ter than a sub­scrip­tion box ser­vice. Yes all your prod­ucts will come in a box but this is not mailed to you month­ly con­tain­ing a ran­dom selec­tion of prod­ucts. We curate our prod­ucts to meet your needs and you can order when­ev­er you want.

Is LucidaClub a dispensary?

We are not a dis­pen­sary. We curate the cannabis selec­tion with our hand­picked Retail Part­ners to facil­i­tate your orders ensur­ing that you are get­ting the best prod­ucts from the best retail out­lets, using the best ser­vice, LucidaClub!

Our Process

How do I place an order?

Plac­ing an order is sim­ple and easy. Just browse our expe­ri­ence box offer­ings, choose the one that’s right for you, enter your geo­graph­ic loca­tion, and find your most con­ve­nient Luci­da­Club retail part­ner. Then you just need to cre­ate a pro­file, open an account with our secure pay­ment part­ner and pur­chase your box. Our concierge will let you know via email when your order is ready to pick up in store.

What might be included in my box?

Depend­ing on the type of box you order, and whether you select­ed smok­ing or non-smok­ing, you will receive a selec­tion of prod­ucts care­ful­ly select­ed by our retail part­ners based on the expe­ri­ence you have ordered. Your box may include:

Con­cen­trates, edi­bles, flower, pre-rolls, tinc­tures, top­i­cals or vape pens.

How are the boxes curated?

We’ve care­ful­ly hand­picked our retail part­ners, based on their exper­tise and knowl­edge, prod­uct offer­ing and cus­tomer expe­ri­ence. Our retail part­ners work close­ly with us to hand-pick the prod­ucts accord­ing to the expe­ri­ence you have ordered. 

Is the LucidaClub service cost included in my purchase price?

No, it is not. The price you pay for your box does not include our Luci­da­Club ser­vice fee. We make it easy by offer­ing our mem­bers a spe­cial Luci­da­Club fee, but we also offer a fee per order to give our com­mu­ni­ty flex­i­bil­i­ty if they are not ready to become a member. 

The total cost of the box con­tents goes direct­ly to our retail part­ners as they are ful­fill­ing the box­es for us. We do not take any rev­enue from the sale of cannabis.

Where do you source your products?

Our goal is to help the Can­nacu­ri­ous explore the world of cannabis, but we do so eth­i­cal­ly. All of our retail part­ners prod­ucts are sourced from legal, licensed man­u­fac­tur­ers and sup­pli­ers that adhere to all applic­a­ble local, state, and fed­er­al rules and regulations. 

ID & Security

Why do we ask you to share your ID?

We must ver­i­fy that you’re at least 21 years of age with a valid state ID card to pur­chase through Luci­da­Club. We are build­ing a safe and wel­com­ing expe­ri­ence at Luci­da­Club and it is impor­tant that all the com­mu­ni­ty are of the legal age to expe­ri­ence and pur­chase cannabis.

Why do we need to validate you before buying?

We val­i­date you to make sure you are who you say you are. It’s all about ensur­ing that we’re doing our due dili­gence under the law of pre­vent­ing under age purchases.

Do you store my personal and/or financial information?

We have to store some cus­tomer infor­ma­tion to com­ply with local, state, and fed­er­al rules and reg­u­la­tions. We may also store some infor­ma­tion to improve your shop­ping expe­ri­ence. How­ev­er, all data stored is ful­ly encrypt­ed and secure. If you have fur­ther ques­tions, please refer to our pri­va­cy pol­i­cy.

Payment

Do you accept credit cards?

Not at the moment. We are work­ing with a third par­ty pay­ment proces­sor who will process all our cus­tomer pay­ments for us. All you need to do is open an account with them when you sign up to Luci­da­Club. And don’t wor­ry – we pro­tect your per­son­al and finan­cial infor­ma­tion and will nev­er sell or share it with a third party. 

How and who do I pay?

To keep it sim­ple and con­ve­nient, your pay­ment is processed in one smooth trans­ac­tion when you check out. The pay­ment is divid­ed into two sec­tions for trans­paren­cy. The fee for the cannabis prod­ucts is paid direct­ly to our retail part­ner and the ser­vice fees are paid direct­ly to LucidaClub.
