About LucidaClub

Is LucidaClub a subscription box service?

No, we are so much more than a subscription service. Think of us like your personal concierge! You place an order on our platform and collect your experience in person from our retail partner’s stores. We curate our products to meet your needs and you can order whenever you want.

Is LucidaClub a dispensary?

We are not a dispensary. We curate the cannabis experiences and facilitate your order with our Retail Partners ensuring that you are getting the best products from the best retailers, using the best service, LucidaClub!

Our Process

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple and easy. Create a profile and purchase membership. Browse our experience offerings, choose the one that’s right for you and find your most convenient LucidaClub retail partner. Our concierge will let you know via email when your order is ready to pick up in store.

What might be included in my experience?

Depending on the type of experience you order, and whether you selected smoking or non-smoking, you will receive a selection of products carefully selected by our Head Curator based on the experience you have ordered. Your experience may include:

Concentrates, edibles, flower, pre-rolls, tinctures, topicals or vape pens.

How are the boxes curated?

We’ve carefully handpicked our retail partners, based on their expertise and knowledge, product offering and customer experience. Our retail partners work closely with us to hand-pick the products according to the experience you have ordered. 

Where do you source your products?

Our goal is to help the Cannacurious explore the world of cannabis, but we do so ethically. All of our retail partners products are sourced from legal, licensed manufacturers and suppliers that adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations. 

ID & Security

Why do we ask you to share your DOB?

As part of our commitment to safe consumption of cannabis products, we want to ensure that each of our customers are at least 21 years of age, prior to making any purchases through LucidaClub. We do not share any of your personal data with anyone.

It is important that you provide us with the right information about you, as when you go to pick up your order, you will need to show your photo ID confirming your name and your date of birth.

Why do we need to validate you before buying?

We validate you to make sure you are who you say you are. It’s all about ensuring that we’re doing our due diligence under the law of preventing under age purchases.

Do you store my personal and/or financial information?

We have to store some customer information to comply with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. We may also store some information to improve your shopping experience. However, all data stored is fully encrypted and secure. If you have further questions, please refer to our privacy policy.

Payment

Do you accept credit cards?

Not at the moment. We are working with a third party payment processor who will process all our customer payments for us. We’ll let you know when this becomes available. 

How and who do I pay?

To keep it simple and convenient, your payment is processed in one smooth transaction when you purchase membership. We are asking our customers to pay for their products when they arrive at the retailer to collect their order. Depending on the retailer, you can pay by cash or card.

Pickup Process

What is the process of picking up my order at the dispensary?


Please check the opening hours and make your way to the store. Make sure you have your email confirmation and photo ID, these will be needed for verification. At present, we are asking our customers to pay at the store. You can pay by cash or card, whichever you prefer. Upon arriving at the dispensary, please proceed to a check out counter and a sales associate will assist you. 

Can I place an order for someone else to pick up?

No. The person who placed the order must be the person to retrieve the order. You must show your photo ID and confirmation email for validation at the dispensary. 

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Once your order is placed it usually takes between 12 and 24 hours to prepare. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

Please bring your photo ID, your confirmation email, and either card or cash for payment.


How long will you hold my order at the dispensary?


We will hold your order for a 24 hour period at the dispensary. If you are unable to pick your order up within this timeframe please fill out our contact form to let us know.

What hours is pick up available?

Pick up of your order is available at normal dispensary store hours please check your order confirmation email to review the hours for the dispensary where you are collecting.

Cancellations and Issues

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, to cancel your order please fill out our contact form and our support team will be able to assist you.

Can I return items from my order?

If there are issues with the items you received from the dispensary, please contact us to discuss further. Your satisfaction with the product you received is important to us.
