Is LucidaClub a subscription box service?
No, we are so much better than a subscription box service. Yes all your products will come in a box but this is not mailed to you monthly containing a random selection of products. We curate our products to meet your needs and you can order whenever you want.
Is LucidaClub a dispensary?
We are not a dispensary. We curate the cannabis selection with our handpicked Retail Partners to facilitate your orders ensuring that you are getting the best products from the best retail outlets, using the best service, LucidaClub!
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple and easy. Just browse our experience box offerings, choose the one that’s right for you, enter your geographic location, and find your most convenient LucidaClub retail partner. Then you just need to create a profile, open an account with our secure payment partner and purchase your box. Our concierge will let you know via email when your order is ready to pick up in store.
What might be included in my box?
Depending on the type of box you order, and whether you selected smoking or non-smoking, you will receive a selection of products carefully selected by our retail partners based on the experience you have ordered. Your box may include:
Concentrates, edibles, flower, pre-rolls, tinctures, topicals or vape pens.

How are the boxes curated?
We’ve carefully handpicked our retail partners, based on their expertise and knowledge, product offering and customer experience. Our retail partners work closely with us to hand-pick the products according to the experience you have ordered.
Is the LucidaClub service cost included in my purchase price?
No, it is not. The price you pay for your box does not include our LucidaClub service fee. We make it easy by offering our members a special LucidaClub fee, but we also offer a fee per order to give our community flexibility if they are not ready to become a member.
The total cost of the box contents goes directly to our retail partners as they are fulfilling the boxes for us. We do not take any revenue from the sale of cannabis.
Where do you source your products?
Our goal is to help the Cannacurious explore the world of cannabis, but we do so ethically. All of our retail partners products are sourced from legal, licensed manufacturers and suppliers that adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
Why do we ask you to share your ID?
We must verify that you’re at least 21 years of age with a valid state ID card to purchase through LucidaClub. We are building a safe and welcoming experience at LucidaClub and it is important that all the community are of the legal age to experience and purchase cannabis.
Why do we need to validate you before buying?
We validate you to make sure you are who you say you are. It’s all about ensuring that we’re doing our due diligence under the law of preventing under age purchases.
Do you store my personal and/or financial information?
Do you accept credit cards?
Not at the moment. We are working with a third party payment processor who will process all our customer payments for us. All you need to do is open an account with them when you sign up to LucidaClub. And don’t worry – we protect your personal and financial information and will never sell or share it with a third party.
How and who do I pay?
To keep it simple and convenient, your payment is processed in one smooth transaction when you check out. The payment is divided into two sections for transparency. The fee for the cannabis products is paid directly to our retail partner and the service fees are paid directly to LucidaClub.
